Available Positions
- Shot Blaster Operator: In this role, you will operate shot blasting equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient surface preparation. You will be responsible for setting up the equipment, monitoring the blasting process, and maintaining a safe working environment. Experience in shot blasting operations and knowledge of different abrasive media are preferred.
- Surface Preparation Technician: As a surface preparation technician, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for shot blasting, including cleaning, masking, and ensuring proper surface conditions. You will work closely with the shot blaster operators and project managers to ensure the highest quality of surface preparation. Attention to detail and knowledge of surface preparation techniques are essential.
- Project Manager: As a project manager, you will oversee shot-blasting projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met. Strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and industry knowledge are required for this role.
- Sales and Business Development Executive: In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our shot-blasting services. You will identify potential clients, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. Excellent communication and sales skills, as well as industry knowledge, are essential.
